10th Birthday Giveaway: Terms & Conditions

10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS:

1. The 10 YEAR ANNIVERSARY prize draw (“Promotion”) is organised and operated by Future Publishing Limited trading as WHO WHAT WEAR incorporated in England and Wales under company number 02008885, whose registered office is Quay House, The Ambury, Bath, BA1 1UA (“Promoter”).

2. The Promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions. By entering the Promotion entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award a prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.

3. The Promotion is open to UK residents aged eighteen (18) years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents and anyone else connected with administration of this Promotion.

4. This Promotion will open at 6pm GMT 1st November 2025 and will close at 11:59pm GMT 2nd December 2025. (“Promotion Period”).

5. The Promotion is made up of four (4) separate prize draws (each a “Prize Draw”). A weekly giveaway post will be posted by or on behalf of the Promoter via its applicable social media channels (each a “Platform”).

6. Each Prize Draw is free to enter, and entrants will be entered into a Prize Draw on successful completion of the Promoter’s entry requirements during the relevant Entry Period (as set out in Schedule 1) as follows:

6.1. if entering via Instagram: (i) follow the @whowhatwear.uk account on Instagram and complete the following on the Post: (ii) like; (iii) tag at least 1 friend aged eighteen (18) years or over in the comments section. Each comment is an entry and entrants can secure an additional entry by re-sharing the post on their instagram story.
