Fleeing man shouted ‘someone’s got a knife’, eyewitness tells BBC

An eyewitness to the stabbing attack on a train to Cambridgeshire has recounted the moment an injured man ran towards her shouting “someone’s got a knife”.

Wren Chambers was describing the chaos as people scrambled for safety on the train during the attack.

“All the passengers along the train were just packing forwards… all huddled together,” they said.

Police have confirmed 10 people were taken to hospital, with nine believed to have life-threatening injuries.
