The day felt fresh, fun, and full of life, which was exactly what Greer and Pete envisioned for their beachy wedding. The overall vibe was colorful and coastal, with a playful mix of vibrant greens and yellows that mirrored the energy of Gasparilla. Botanica Design Studio absolutely nailed it with the florals, bringing a modern twist to tropical design. The bride carried a large bouquet of calla lilies that felt both bold and timeless.

Greer (the bride) wore a Modern Troussou gown from Lilibet Bridal in Mobile, Alabama. The sleek halter neckline and clean lines gave it a modern, effortless feel that fit the beach setting perfectly. It was elegant without trying too hard, classic but still current, and paired beautifully with her simple calla lily bouquet.

Each bridesmaid chose her own dress within the color palette of neon greens and yellows, which made for such a fun and unexpected mix. The variety of styles and shades looked amazing together, everything from bright chartreuse to soft lime, and gave the group a fresh, editorial feel. They each carried a single calla lily, tying the look back to the bride’s bouquet.

[field title=”Food & Drink”]
The menu was a nod to Southern comfort food with a refined twist. Guests were served grilled cheese with tomato gazpacho, smoked BBQ chicken, and fried green tomatoes — all beautifully presented and full of flavor. The open bar featured signature cocktails like the Gasparilla Moscow Mule and a spicy “Elephant,” along with a curated selection of beer and wine. As the night went on, espresso martinis made the perfect late-night pick-me-up before everyone hit the dance floor.

[field title=”Florals & Decor”]The florals and decor tied everything together with a fresh, tropical feel. Calla lilies made another appearance throughout the design, bringing a modern edge to the lush coastal look. The ceremony featured large palm branches and brown rattan lanterns, creating an effortlessly beachy backdrop that felt natural to the surroundings. At the reception, tables were dressed in vibrant lime green and yellow linens with matching Chiavari chairs, setting the stage for a playful yet polished palette. Centerpieces mixed white blooms and greenery with coconuts, limes, lemons, and pineapples — a fun nod to the tropical setting. Soft cordless lamps with rattan tops added a warm glow as the sun went down, and the custom 15-foot lime green bar became a statement piece with the beach as its backdrop.[/field]
[field title=”Wedding Cake”]
The couple chose a simple white three-tier cake that matched the understated elegance of the day. It was classic and clean, a perfect fit alongside the bold colors and bright florals that surrounded it.
