A Fresh March Wedding Centered on Dreamy Patterned Linens and Soft Spring Hues

Purple and Green

The vision of the day was really based around the linen that Anna Beth loved. Anna Beth wanted to showcase the linen while keeping the overall design clean, light, and airy, as it was a March wedding! Their stunning florals helped achieve a more organic look, with pops of purple and green – their chosen wedding colors.

Dillion surprised Anna Beth by proposing on their beach trip, one of their favorite places to go alone and with family. Dillion proposed at sunset when it was just the two of them on the beach together. Anna Beth says it was the sweetest and most perfect proposal!

Anna Beth found her wedding dress at Love, a Bridal Boutique in Jacksonville, Florida. Her dress was designed by Robert Bullock. Anna Beth’s dress was sleek and fitted, creating a timeless and elegant look.

Anna Beth decided not to have bridesmaids, but instead included her family. Her mother, mother-in-law, sister, and sister in laws all chose their own dress for the day!

The couple chose pimento cheese bruschetta, deviled eggs, and stuffed mushrooms as their passed appetizers during their cocktail hour. For their meal, they chose beef tenderloin, chicken breast with caper sauce, roasted carrots, bacon-wrapped green beans, mashed potatoes, and a garden salad. For specialty cocktails, the couple chose to have a “June and Tonic”, a gin and tonic drink, as well as a “Pink Paloma Club”, a spicy paloma. They also served an assortment of beer, wine, and spirits!

The florals were a soft, romantic mix of pastels and spring-inspired blooms that incorporated the couple’s wedding colors, pink and purple. The decor design was based around the linens Anna Beth wanted to showcase. The wedding day decor featured clean, light, and airy touches.

For the couple’s traditional cake, they chose a small heart-shaped red velvet cake. For their main dessert, the couple chose a white chocolate cheesecake that they used to get in their college town, Athens, GA, at one of their favorite restaurants called Last Resort! The woman who bakes them for the restaurant made them specially for their wedding, adding a sweet personal touch to the day.

Anna Beth and Dillion chose to have their siblings walk down the aisle before them and stand by their side for the beginning of the ceremony instead of a bridal party. The couple says it allowed their day to feel more intimate, as well as allowed their best friends to come enjoy and celebrate!

Anna Beth and Dillion chose to do a first look. After their first look, the couple privately exchanged their vows to each other.
