Banijay and All3Media in Talks for Production Merger (Report)

TV giants Banjiay and All3Media owner RedBirdIMI are reportedly in talks to merge their TV production businesses.

According to Reuters, the two have been discussing merging Banijay‘s Entertainment & Life unit with All3Media, which produces “The Traitors,” citing sources close to the matter.

If it were to go through, the combined entity would become one the world’s largest production groups, overseeing numerous companies and titles such as “Big Brother,” “Peaky Blinders” and “Race Across the World.”

Banijay and All3Media declined to comment.
