Beyoncé Knowles-Carter Gets Romantic in Lacy Red McQueen Booties for ‘Cowboy Carter’ Tour

Beyoncé Knowles-Carter deviated from the cowboy boots uniform she has been wearing during her
“Cowboy Carter” tour during her final night in Houston at the NRG Stadium. The singer was a vision in a romantic red ensemble by McQueen, with a pair of lace booties to match.

The “Protector” singer wore a custom McQueen fall 2025 look. She was outfitted in a corseted bodysuit with pleated detail and an asymmetric layered skirt in red silk georgette. She styled it with a sculpted bolero jacket in shearling, also in a bright, poppy red, and wore three brown leather belts around the waist, giving more definition to her look.

The fashion house created a pair of custom Heron boots in poppy red lace to complement the ensemble. The mid-calf boots featured a sharp, pointed-toe design, with a square, block heel measuring around three inches. The shaft was made from a delicate lace, crafted from a sheer, elegant fabric with open floral patterns and scalloped edges around the collar. The boot featured a sock-like style that clung tightly around the singer’s ankles. She paired the look with fishnet stockings, which helped tie the look together.

The boots were similar to a design the brand created for Miley Cyrus when Knowles-Carter brought her out as a guest during the tour stop in Paris in June. Cyrus wore a gold one-piece jumpsuit ensemble, paired with the designer’s Heron boots, crafted in beige leather and featuring matching gold crystal tattoo-inspired stencil embroidery. The ankle boot featured a pointed toe with a heel that measured approximately 4 inches.

Shiona Turini has been responsible for creating the looks for the “Cowboy Carter” tour, with assistance from Ty Hunter and Karen Langley. The tour looks have featured a mix of custom looks from various designers, including Mugler, Burberry and Roberto Cavalli, with a strong emphasis on western wear.

The footwear features boots and heels with intricate detailing, such as fringes and buckles, all in line with the cowboy motif. Knowles-Carter has partnered with footwear designers like Amina Muaddi, Thom Solo, Christian Louboutin, Santoni and more to create custom shoes that she has worn on stage.

The “Cowboy Carter” tour kicked off in April in Los Angeles and has a few more stops, including one more show in Washington, D.C., and four shows in Atlanta, before coming to an end with two shows in Las Vegas at the end of July.
