Bubba Wallace Hilariously Slams Fan After Middle Finger NASCAR Clash Photo
23XI Racing driver Bubba Wallace has hilariously clapped back at a fan on social media after they gave him the middle finger during the NASCAR Cook Out Clash.
Flo Racing co-host Matthew Dillner shared the moment to social media, writing:
“For a second I thought @BubbaWallace was number-one on the board at @nascarclash.”
Responding to Dillner, Wallace shared:
“I’m gonna guess more fingers than teeth on that cat.”
Wallace is no stranger to attention, often standing in the spotlight due to the mix of fervent support and criticism from fans.

Despite having his best statistical season in the Cup Series, with several top-5 and top-10 finishes, Wallace didn’t secure a win or qualify for the playoffs last season.
Wallace shared his thoughts ahead of the 2025 season on social media, writing, as previously reported by Newsweek Sports:
“Last night of the off season. Pre season work starts tomorrow, kicking it off with a fun trip to see the [Columbia] fam! Excited for this season to get underway. Took it upon myself to be better and do better. Got my ass kicked the last 2 seasons, plain and simple.
“No shame in saying that. Using it as motivation. I’ve been rocking the ‘just get by’ mentality for too long. Focused on my well being most importantly. Eating right, drinking right. Working out. Tired of looking like the grinch (can’t help the hair).
“I love my wife, but she thinks it’s a fad and I’m gonna stop next week. So excited to prove her wrong. In fact, I’ve been at it since the end of the season. The last 3 months have been the best ever. The mentals are at an all time high!! Couldn’t be happier!

“To my people struggling to get started on a new journey. It’s tough as shit, no doubt. But I look at it as there is 24 hours in a day. What’s 30 minutes to walk, run, or ride the peloton? 30 minutes. The self gratitude after is so worth it. I’ll start by saying I believe in you! 2025 is gonna be a grind. Time to roll up the sleeves, grab a glove and get in the game!”
The 2025 Clash marks a return to the iconic Bowman Gray Stadium. The stadium, often called “The Madhouse,” hosts racing that is as heated as its name suggests. It hasn’t been a Cup Series venue since 1971.
Advances in safety measures, such as the inclusion of SAFER barriers, have prepared the stadium to meet modern standards, ensuring the drivers’ safety while maintaining the original track’s challenging nature.
Wallace secured a P4 position in Heat Race 2, advancing to the main clash event. Meanwhile, his teammate at 23XI Racing, Tyler Reddick, won his heat.
