Casa Fiori Chiari Beach Club Bows in Pietrasanta
The Triple Seafood restaurant group has opened a new destination in Pietrasanta, on the Tuscan coast, specifically in the renowned Versilia area. The Casa Fiori Chiari beach club, which hosts 52 cabanas, features a hydromassage pool and two restaurant areas seating around 100 people indoors and about 300 in the outdoor area.
The project was entrusted to the Milan-based studio Fanti Bozzetti Menegon, and the beachfront spans 324 square feet. The culinary offering stays true to Tuscan tradition, with the added touch of light-dough pizzas.
The menu includes fresh fish and seafood options, such as sea carpaccio of the day or roasted octopus with smoked potato cream and paprika as appetizers, followed by first courses like linguine alla Nerano (featuring provolone del Monaco cheese, zucchini and basil) and seafood risotto. Grilled crustaceans or Milanese cutlets are listed as among the second courses.
“We chose Pietrasanta, a well-known area, because it still has plenty of room for growth,” says general manager Davide Stefanini.
