Comey, James ask judge to toss their criminal cases
Former FBI Director James B. Comey and New York Attorney General Letitia James asked a federal judge Thursday to dismiss separate criminal charges against them, arguing prosecutor Lindsey Halligan was illegally appointed by the Trump administration.
