Ditto BEAMS’ “Brown Patchwork” version of the uber-simple Birkenstock Boston, releasing in three shades of suede, and the granny shredder tapestry-style Vans slip-on that looks like a quilt for your feet. This wave of patchworked product is a welcome shift from a trend of making high-quality-looking wares that you can only tell are quality by getting up in the seams.
