Gracie Abrams Flips Chanel’s Cap-toe Codes in Leather Pumps at the Spring 2026 Couture Show

Gracie Abrams added another twist to Chanel’s cap-toe story at the house’s spring 2026 couture show in Paris on Tuesday, wearing reverse two-tone pumps from the Métiers d’Art 2026 collection in the front row.

The singer wore pointed black leather pumps with a white cap-toe, flipping the house’s usual beige-and-black cap-toe palette. The white tip carried chevron-like stitch lines set in tight arcs, and a low, scooped vamp opened the upper foot above a slim, lightly flared heel.

Abrams styled the pumps with camel wide-leg trousers from the same Métiers d’Art collection and a custom yellow, black and white check tweed jacket based on a runway look that originally appeared in red, finished with fringe at the collar, placket and cuffs. Coco Crush jewelry — a single ear cuff, ring and supple short necklace — were easy to spot, thanks to her new bixie cut.

The appearance placed Abrams inside Matthieu Blazy’s broader rework of Chanel’s cap-toe pump. For spring 2026, the artistic director adjusted the proportions of the signature style, shrinking and reshaping the toe accent across new slingbacks, square-toe and almond-toe heels. Other stars at the show also opted for Blazy’s cap-toe reimagining, with Margaret Qualley in a slingback style and Dua Lipa opting for a d’Orsay silhouette.

This isn’t the first time Abrams has experimented with Chanel’s cap-toe palette, either. At the house’s fall 2025 couture show last July, she wore black-and-navy cap-toe slingback heels from the 2024 Métiers d’Art collection, paired with a white confetti-tiered mini dress.

Chanel named Abrams an ambassador for its Coco Crush jewelry in October 2024. In January 2026, the brand rolled out a global Coco Crush fine jewelry campaign shot at the Chateau Marmont, featuring Abrams alongside fellow ambassador Jennie Kim of Blackpink.
