Gerber was spotted wearing a pair of Toteme’s sandals on Tuesday. She opted for the brand’s leather flip-flop kitten-heel sandals, which retail for $450 sandals are an elevated take on summertime flip-flops.
They are crafted in Italy from smooth leather to a sleek silhouette with a squared toe, a padded insole for comfort and a covered kitten heel that measures 35mm. She paired the trendy shoes with an off-white matching set from With Jean, which included the Sharni top and Sharni skirt. The shirt was a backless halter top, while the skirt featured a flowy knee-length design.
The model, who is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, often opts for a shorter heel or a flat shoe. She stayed loyal to the kitten heel over the weekend, and wore a pair of pumps with a short heel to attend “The Testament of Ann Lee” red carpet premiere at the film festival on Friday. For the event, she paired a Givenchy fall 2025 custom dress in lace with sequins with Repetto Cendrillon pumps in the color black.

The pumps are the high-heeled version of Repetto’s Cendrillon ballet flats but reimagined with a pointed toe, and elevated with a 4.5cm heel, creating a dainty silhouette. The shoes also feature the grosgrain trim and delicate cotton bow, which are also featured in the Cendrillon ballet flat. The Cendrillon Pointed 45 is made from cowhide leather, featuring a lambskin leather insole and a leather lining.
The heels retail for $585, while the Cendrillon ballet flats retail for $410. Gerber has also been spotted wearing the flats on multiple occasions while out and about in Los Angeles.

Minimalist heels and footwear have been the shoes of the summer this year. From flip-flops to mules, ballet flats and thong sandals, the shoe style has transitioned from the runway to the streets. Often paired with kitten heels, the dainty footwear has become the stars’ go-to choice, complementing everything from silk dresses, like those worn by Zoë Kravitz, to low-key shorts, like those worn by Hailey Bieber.
