Markle went with a light color scheme for the occasion, complementing an ivory skirt and top ensemble with the softness of a beige suede heel. As a D’Orsay style, the upper was cut away at the sides to reveal more of the foot. Meanwhile, the back portion rose up the ankle and attached to not one but two slender ankle straps which made for an eye-catching look. A pointed toe and tall, slender heel added sharpness to the set, bringing in the powerful, business-ready energy a pump is often associated with.

The shoes accompanied a vegan leather midi pencil skirt from Brochu Walker — a brand Markle has shown love for in the past — featuring a center slit. The “With Love, Meghan” star wore a long-sleeved blouse with puffed sleeves tucked into the skirt.
