Love getting hurt right now is the worst timing, as the Packers are preparing for a playoff run. Though there are no details about the extent of the injury, Malik Willis is in.

Love was shown on the sideline getting his hand worked out. He still had his helmet on, which could be good news. However, any injury whether minor or not would likely lead to the Packers pulling him period.
The Packers winning on Sunday would only change their seeding in the playoffs, which makes starters playing right now seem kind of odd. Now, it appears that Love could have suffered a significant injury.
Love is likely to get more testing done should the hand injury he suffered be significant. Again, getting hurt right now could not come at a worse time.
The good news is that Love being pulled means he can get a jump on healing if the injury he suffered is revealed to be significant.
