The actress, who stars in the new Darren Aronofsky film alongside Austin Butler, opted for simple black leather flats with a classic silhouette, including a rounded low-cut vamp and an ultra-slim block heel. Black trim in a contrasting matte material elevated the set in addition to spaghetti-thin bows adorning the vamp, which emphasized the delicate and dance-inspired feel of the shoes.
Accenting an ivory-hued A-line dress with a floral pattern and a deep V-neck, Kravitz’s ballet flats unified an easy summer look, marrying simplicity and femininity. Her accessories nodded to brands she has partnerships with, including sunglasses from Saint Laurent and a diamond ring from Jessica McCormack.

Ballet flats and ballet-inspired shoes are one of the hottest trends in fashion at the moment, aligning with an overall shift toward slimmer footwear, be it sneakers or dress shoes. From Pedro Pascal wearing sleek low-to-the-ground loafers from Celine at the HBO Max Emmy Nominee Celebration on Monday to Bella Hadid stepping out in Vivaia’s latest sneakerina creation last Tuesday, celebrities and everyday consumers can’t get enough of the understated silhouette. This was evident in the Q2 2025 Lyst Index, which included five flat shoe styles among its list of the 10 hottest products. At number six was Ancient Greek Sandals’ Natural Iro Ballet Flats, which underscored the demand for the classic dance silhouette.
“Caught Stealing” is slated for release on Aug. 29.
